First Impression Doors & More is seeking an experienced Millwork / Door Specialist to join our team in South Florida. The candidate should be knowledgeable about doors, millwork, and related building products, with a strong understanding of door construction, components, hardware, and proper assembly.

Qualifications

• Prior door and/or millwork experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential entry door systems and components.
• Experience with fiberglass and impact-rated doors is a major plus.
• Mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Experience in the window, door, millwork, carpentry, or home-improvement industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Crown and baseboard Moulding, Interior Doors, fiberglass, wood, and aluminum entry doors.
• Understand door slabs, jambs, thresholds, weatherstripping, hinges, locks, and hardware
• Review work orders and product specifications for accuracy
