The ideal candidate has strong Inventor skills, drafting experience, and a background in wood products or manufacturing. Relocation is possible; company benefits include PTO, health, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Drafting experience with blueprints and shop drawings.
• Inventor software experience; training available if needed.
• 2+ years in wood products industry preferred.
• Manufacturing/design engineering background.
• Experience in commercial millwork a plus.
• Proficient reading architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering tasks with production schedule.
• Provide detailed design and shop drawings.
• Produce cut lists and BOMs.
• Resolve problems with practical solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs.
• Collaborate with installation contractors.
