Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a full-time experienced Millwork Department Associate to join our growing Lumber and Building Materials team. The role focuses on building fiberglass and wood doors, ensuring install quality, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lift heavy doors, use power tools, and read tape measures, with opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Window and Door installation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Window and Door products, standards, and codes.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Able to safely operate power tools.
• Able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Build fiberglass and wood interior and exterior doors
• Follow up on installations to ensure workmanship and quality meet customer expectations
• Load and unload window and door products as needed
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• All other duties as assigned

• Load and unload window and door products as needed

• All other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

• General Window and Door Product knowledge including Product Standards & Codes knowledge
• Ability to lift doors and windows up to 75 pounds when needed

• Ability to read a tape measure
