Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Assembly I to join our manufacturing team in Indiana. You will assemble millwork components, operate machines like chop saws, and prepare products for shipment. You will inspect quality at each stage and address any issues by repairing or disassembling defective items.

Safety training and adherence to company policies are required. Role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience or training. Forklift cert may be required depending on branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; ability to write correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of millwork products (exterior/interior door units).
• Operate machinery such as chop saws and other tools.
• Prepare products for shipment (apply casing, sleeves, labels).
• Inspect quality and accuracy throughout assembly.
