Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.

Responsibilities

• Lay out millwork components and stock supplies on carts or floor.
• Stock plates for component setup.
• Assemble components under line leaders' direction.
• Load and band finished materials on carts or pallets.
• Receive incoming products and materials.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Assist in setting up the component assembly process.
• Monitor production workflow and assist other areas as needed.
• Operate equipment used in the assembly process.
• Follow safety rules and keep a safe environment.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Help keep bays and staging areas clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory as required by location management.
• Stay aware of the work environment to ensure accurate results.
