Job summary

Boise Cascade in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Millwork Assembler to build interior and exterior doors. You will operate multiple machine centers, verify orders against materials, and support teammates to meet daily production goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read tape measurements, and a safety‑minded approach. Preferred: millwork familiarity and CNC experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to read tape measurements and follow safety/work instructions.
• Familiarity with millwork and experience with inventory scanners are preferred.

Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for a Millwork Assembler. Responsibilities

• Performs assembly of interior and exterior doors.
• Work at various machine centers as needed.
• Verify accuracy of work orders to materials and assembly instructions.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers.
• Inspects all materials for defects and appropriate quality/condition.
• Work with other team members to fulfill orders and complete tasks daily.
• Maintain clean working area.
• Follow all safety procedures (OSHA compliance).
• Engages in all required safety programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience. Able to understand and follow safety/work instructions. Ability to read tape measurements.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with millwork. Experience utilizing an inventory control scanner (RFN). Prior experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand during the entire work shift. Work in tandem using safe lifting practices. Continuously lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment: Repetitive physical motion. High traffic warehouse and shop. Work in a loud environment and wear the provided personal protective equipment.

Pay: $18/per hour
