Qualifications

Experience in a machine shop (milling, turning, grinding, cutting).
Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement across Milling and Turning to maximize production efficiency.
Improve tooling, machining, and operator efficiency using Lean principles.
Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes for your areas.
Track and evaluate unit productivity at team and department level.
Champion quality at the source and lead defect-reduction efforts.
Schedule workforce, workflow, and equipment layout for efficiency.
Train machinists and improve workforce productivity.
Ensure customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards are met.
Enforce safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
