Job summary

Greenfield Milling is hiring a Production Operator I in Richmond, Utah. This role focuses on transferring, bulk loading and packaging finished flour products, while following safety policies, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation protocols. The operator will sample, analyze, and adjust processes, monitor weights, and ensure bags are sealed and palletized neatly.

Shifts run 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am. The position requires physical effort, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension, writing, math, and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
• English communication skills required (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Transfer, bulk load and package finished products.
• Operate and monitor transfer equipment and packers.
• Take samples and run analyses to verify specifications.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of packing areas and equipment.
• Train new personnel in packaging processes.
