rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, seeks a CNC Machinist to operate milling and lathe CNC machines in a medical device manufacturing environment. You will produce tight-tolerance components and perform quality checks on finished parts.

Shift: 4th shift Fri–Sun 5am–5pm with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. The role includes access to an onsite medical clinic and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with milling or lathe CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on milling & lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.

CNC Machinist Position Summary

• The CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry

Shift Available: 4th Shift Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pm

Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

Pay Range

USD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr.
