Kelly Services is seeking a reliable Production Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Middletown, PA. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, setting up equipment per specs, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a pay rate of $21.25 per hour. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read work instructions.

Production Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Middletown, PA

Pay Rate: $21.25/hr.

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating production equipment who is looking for a stable 2nd shift position.

The ideal candidate has experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, follows instructions well, and has strong attention to detail. Machining or milling experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production machinery.

• Set up and operate equipment according to established procedures and specifications.

• Load and unload materials and parts from machinery.

• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.

• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.

• Identify quality issues and report machine or production problems.

• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Meet established production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Experience operating production equipment is a plus.

• CNC, machining, milling, or other industrial equipment experience is a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

• Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
