Kelly Services in Middletown, PA is hiring an Automated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform basic adjustments, and help ensure safety and quality at all times.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, experience with automated or CNC equipment preferred, and the ability to read work instructions. You’ll work on a team, meet production goals, and maintain accurate records while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, CNC, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Automated Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring automated production equipment, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting basic machine issues, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has previous experience operating automated machinery, production equipment, CNC equipment, or similar manufacturing systems. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn automated equipment are encouraged to apply.
