Job summary

Satterfield Construction Company is seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our asphalt division and help deliver high-quality paving projects on roadway programs.

You will safely operate a milling machine, adjust cutting depths, and coordinate with the foreman and crew to meet production goals. The role requires a strong safety mindset, reliable attendance, and willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating milling machines on roadway projects.
• Understanding asphalt paving and roadway construction operations.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment and follow safety policies.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating milling machines.
• Understanding of asphalt paving and roadway construction operations.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends as project demands require.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
