Richardson's Mill Intern position at the Carrington facility offers hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art 18,000 cwt durum mill and pasta production. The intern will shadow a Lead Mill Operator and engage in mill processing, pasta production, and packaging processes.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Milling Science and Process Technology with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred study in Milling Science and Process Technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, twist, bend, and tolerate high heat and humidity if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a Lead Mill Operator and participate in mill operation.
• Assist with semolina and flour transfer operations.
• Support sifter maintenance and routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow job safety analyses and daily operating procedures.
