Job summary

A leading construction firm is looking for a Milling Foreman in Franks Field, Wisconsin. The role entails managing personnel schedules, overseeing milling equipment, and ensuring quality in milled surfaces. The Position

We're looking for a Milling Foreman, responsible for assisting with any and all aspects of efficient personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing milling equipment needs and repair, and reinforcing continuous quality improvement in the area of pulverized material gradations, milled surface uniformity and roadway ride quality.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
  • A CDL is desired but not necessary.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct.
  • Must be self‑directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities.
  • Have the ability to be trusted with confidential information and observe anti‑trust laws and regulations.
  • Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
  • Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment. Our Human Resources Department is able to assist in that process as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in milling at the field level.
  • Prior experience as a Foreman.
  • Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
