Job summary

Payne & Dolan, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Operator in Milling Equipment. The successful candidate will operate various types of power construction equipment, including utility milling machines and skidsteers, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites across Wisconsin.

Position

We’re looking for an Experienced Operator in Milling Equipment, responsible for operating several types of power construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment is specific to, but is not limited to, utility milling machines (concrete or asphalt), skidsteer, belly brooms, pulverizers/recyclers, etc.

Candidate

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• CDL required.
• Minimum of two years previous work experience in asphalt/concrete road milling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member required. Union membership is not required prior to employment, and Human Resources can assist in that process.
• Minimum of one year previous work experience in cold milling machine operation preferred.
