Job summary

Riceland Foods is seeking a Milling Equipment Operator to safely run mill equipment, monitor panels and computers, and load trucks. The role involves cross-training in Sheller, Whitener, Control Room, and Hammermill positions to support four operations within the mill.

You may work day and night shifts with a 15% night premium for applicable hours. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with premiums for night hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory software and basic math required.
• Must pass equipment training annually.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and heavy machinery.
• Perform daily inspections and sanitation duties.
• Monitor panels and computers; perform grading duties.
• Cross-train in Sheller, Whitener, Control Room, and Hammermill positions.
• Load trucks with by-products and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain SA logs and report repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety rules and GMPs are followed.
