MCC, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator - Milling in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role focuses on safely operating milling machines to remove asphalt and load recycled material while coordinating with dump trucks for site removal.

The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, experience in site prep or asphalt paving, and strong communication skills. We offer on-site work with opportunities to work on other equipment and cross-training as needed.

Competenze

• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record
• Experience in site preparation, excavation, or asphalt paving
• Experience operating milling or related equipment with a safe operating record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess and report hazards and work safely

Mansioni

• Safely operate milling machines and load recycled material into dump trucks
• Operate power broom, skid steer, and other equipment to prep sites to meet specifications
• Perform manual labor and traffic control as needed
