Job summary

Walbec Group in Milwaukee seeks an Experienced Operator in Milling Equipment responsible for safely operating asphalt/concrete milling machines, skid steer, and related machinery. This role supports utility, road, and site projects across the Midwest.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driver's license, CDL, at least two years' milling experience, and are capable of working nights, early mornings, and weekends; union membership is encouraged and training opportunities are provided through Walbec.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in asphalt/concrete road milling.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Union membership is encouraged or willingness to become a member; HR can assist.
• Minimum of one year experience in cold milling machine operation preferred.
