Job summary

TA Services is seeking a yard/logistics associate to operate heavy-duty forklifts and yard equipment on a 12-hour swing shift with day and night coverage. You will receive inbound loads, inspect items, supervise unloading, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup while verifying counts and trailer loading.

Outdoor work, safety-conscious team player, and the ability to work in a physically demanding role are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (Taylor lift) required.
• Knowledge of yard operations and equipment preferred.
• Safety-conscious and able to handle physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy-duty forklifts (Taylor lift), yard vehicles, and equipment.
• Comply with Safe Job Instructions (SJIs), training, and regulations.
• Receive and inspect inbound loads, complete paperwork, supervise unloading personnel.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, verify counts and loading.
• Maintain inventory controls and report hazards to supervisor.
