Qualifications

• Direct forklift skills through work experience and certification.
• Experience in an industrial yard or lumber/mill environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound and outbound logistics for yard operations and railcars.
• Safely operate 7-ton forklifts with 15,000–15,500 lbs capacity; load, unload, and stage lumber and panel products.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Support mill operations by feeding material to saw lines and transporting finished goods to staging areas.
• Maintain yard organization, assist with cleanups, and follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
