Job summary

TA Services in Cofield, NC is seeking a safety‑minded forklift operator to join our heavy‑duty operations team. You will operate Taylor lift forklifts, inspect loads, and help ensure accurate unloading and loading while following SJIs and regulations. The role requires physical stamina and ability to work 12‑hour day/night swings.

We offer 17 per hour, 5 days PTO in year one, medical/dental/vision coverage, and tuition reimbursement to help you advance with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training available.
• Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts required.
• Knowledge of yard operations and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy-duty forklifts (Taylor lift) and yard equipment.
• Receive and inspect inbound loads, supervise unloading personnel.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and verify counts and trailer loading.
• Maintain inventory controls and uphold safety standards.
