Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Mill Utility I to support safe, efficient milling operations in Marble Hill, GA. The role involves feeding rock to the plant, loading customer trucks, performing PM tasks and assisting maintenance, with a rotating day/night shift schedule.

You will perform shipping paperwork, operate loaders, maintain housekeeping, and monitor product quality. Drive and teamwork are essential to meet production and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to rotate between day and night shift schedules.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load customer trucks with strict adherence to company procedures and customer expectations.
• Perform duties of shipping operator as needed, including paperwork, truck loading and receiving.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant feed system and PM of loader.
• Operate front-end loader to maintain plant feed and milling system flows.
• Complete daily paperwork and assist with inventory and reports when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in milling areas and yard, and assist maintenance as needed.
• Monitor mill product quality and adjust blends to meet quality standards.
