Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks a Mill Utility Operator to safely feed rock into the process plant and load trucks. The role may fill in as Mill Operator and supports maintenance tasks, with a rotating day/night schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong teamwork and communication skills to work across shift changes and production areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to rotate between day and night shift schedules.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Load customer trucks following procedures and expectations.
• Perform shipping duties including paperwork and receiving.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on the plant feed system as needed.
• Operate front-end loader to manage plant feed and ensure quality specs.
• Complete daily paperwork and assist with inventory and reports.
• Maintain housekeeping in rock hopper and milling areas.
• Assist other operators and maintenance as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
