Job summary

ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Lead Trainee to oversee daily Milling and Dehydration operations. The role drives productivity, efficiency, cost control, quality, and safety through hands-on leadership, team development, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor associates, coordinate staffing, liaise with QA, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and GMPs while maintaining a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production/processing team.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and GMPs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support Milling and Dehydration operations.
• Ensure productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Train and develop associates; manage staffing and shift coverage.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance.
