Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to refine pricing communication, collaborate with BI/Power BI analysts, and monitor pricing trends across territories. The role supports audit-ready documentation in SAP, rebates, and freight-rate management while ensuring market competitiveness and margin integrity.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, solid communication across levels, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative Pricing team.

  • Maintain pricing files and documentation in SAP, including rebate strategy and audits.
  • Maintain full and equalized freight rates and execute regional pricing moves.
  • Collaborate with Pricing teams to ensure market competitiveness and margin integrity.

What You'll Do


  • Refine pricing communication strategy

  • Working with BI/Power BI to understand pricing reports

  • Monitor and report on trends/exceptions, and price overrides to management

  • Keep proper documentation and approval for audit strategy

  • Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP

  • Execute CMC's rebate strategy

  • Maintain full and equalized freight rates

  • Execute and administer regional pricing moves

  • Ability to meet and build relationships with internal/external customers and perform rate negotiations with said customers while keeping us in line with current market pricing.

  • Collaborate with Pricing teams to ensure market competitiveness and margin integrity

  • Deep understanding of and experience with complicated pricing condition techniques, pricing communication structures, calculation and requirement routines, SAP Rebate processing, robust SAP Billing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition

  • Maintain pricing files in support of sales organization(s)

  • Provide sales pricing support as required

  • Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed

Your Education


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
