Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Quanah, TX is seeking production laborers to join our milling operation. You will operate, maintain, and clean the mill, support maintenance tasks, and help ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates can stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying weather, and collaborate with a small team. Training provided; weekends may be required in winter.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours per day.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with forklifts or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat or cold.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist maintenance staff and contractors with repairs and projects.
• Help maximize mill and crew efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure ingredients meet quality standards and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely following training and OSHA guidelines.
• Follow company safety practices and OSHA standards.
