Job summary

Richardson International's Richardson Durum Milling division in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Mill Operator to oversee milling operations, monitor production, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production outcomes, quantity, and quality to meet specifications.
• Optimize operational efficiencies to support production.
• Facilitate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized mill floor and safe work environment.
• Enforce SOPs, GMPs, OSHA and HACCP guidelines at all times.
• Document activities and inventories in paper or electronic format.
• Learn basic equipment maintenance to improve reliability.
• Recommend line efficiency improvements and coordinate across departments.
• Communicate with supervisors in mill, maintenance, packaging and loadout.
