Job summary

Richardson International currently seeks a Sanitarian/Sweeper for our St. Louis, MO Milling location. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitation through proactive inspection and thorough cleaning of mill systems. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

You will be responsible for sweeping and cleaning tasks, monitoring plant conditions, and maintaining documentation in alignment with food safety policies. The position requires rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to follow directions and work independently, without direct supervision.
• Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
• Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment; sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, light scraping, etc.
• Monitor and report plant conditions.
• Accurate completion of all documentation.
• Operate in accordance with all food safety policies and procedures.

As a Sanitarian, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation through the pro-active inspection and thorough cleaning of the Mill and all related system equipment. The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
