Job summary

Richardson Durum Milling, a division of Richardson International, is seeking a Mill Operator for our St. Louis, MO milling location. The role focuses on overseeing milling production, quality, and safety. The candidate will work with housekeeping, maintenance and packaging teams on the floor.

Required experience in flour milling, a related degree, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Flour milling experience is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Milling Science and Management or IAOM course completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees and monitors production outcomes, quantity, and quality to meet specs and food safety.
• Optimize operational efficiencies to support plant production.
• Facilitate maintenance to minimize downtime and keep area clean.
