Job summary

Mativ has openings for Manufacturing Associates at the Neenah Mill. The role involves 8–12 hour rotating shifts with training, transitioning to 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime, weekend/holiday work may be required.

Employees will work in bottom jobs, progress to higher roles, and operate high-speed equipment after training. A safety-focused environment and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate personal safety awareness and promote a safe work environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts/overtime.
• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Operate high speed equipment after an initial training period.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team or self-directed work environment.
• Paper machine, converting, or other process related experience preferred.
