Job summary

Mativ is hiring Manufacturing Associates for the Neenah Paper Mill in Neenah, Wisconsin. Starting pay is $30.89 per hour, with double time on Sundays and shift differentials of 26 for 2nd shift and 52 for 3rd shift. Roles train on 8-hour shifts and will transition to 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

These positions operate on the Paper Machine, with progression from 4th Hands and stock prep helpers to laminate-related tasks. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrate personal safety awareness and promote a safe work environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts/overtime.
• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Operate high-speed equipment after training.
• Able to communicate effectively in a team or self-directed environment.
• Previous paper machine, converting, or process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position works on the Paper Machine at the Neenah Mill and progresses as openings arise.
• Work as 4th Hands, Helpers in stock prep and on the Laminator.
• Must be able to work 8–12 hour rotating shifts, overtime and weekends/holidays.
