Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage an hourly unionized maintenance crew of approximately 15 millwrights and 8 electricians.
• Perform root cause analysis and facilitate implementation.
• Train others to perform precision maintenance.
