AgSource Group in Marshfield, WI seeks a Milk Lab Supervisor to lead the Milk Testing Department and ensure accurate, timely results for customers. You will oversee daily lab operations, supervise technicians, and uphold testing standards.

Responsibilities include sample analysis, staff training, QA/QC maintenance, and coordination with QA/QC on certifications and audits. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably dairy/milk testing.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Milk Testing Department and supervise technicians.
• Conduct sample analysis and specialty testing; provide PTO coverage assistance.
• Train staff on testing protocols and SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely, accurate results and verify questionable results with customers.
• Maintain QA/QC protocols and manage equipment maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers daily and stay aligned with their needs.
• Assist with certification paperwork, audits, and on-site deficiency reports.
• Maintain supplies and coordinate with management on lab consumables.
