Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking an employee to pump incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks and to document volumes for inventory control with strong emphasis on product quality. The shift runs 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, in a dairy processing environment.

You will perform CIP on equipment, collect milk samples for testing, weigh tankers, and verify temperatures while recording readings. Compliance with GMP and safety regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to perform basic math with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Able to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pump incoming raw milk or cream from tankers into storage tanks.
• Document and record volume and temperature accurately.
• Perform CIP on tankers and silos and maintain process documentation.
• Gather milk samples for testing and ensure product quality.
