Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a milk intake technician to unload tanker deliveries, perform CIP on tanks, collect samples, and document inventory with a focus on product quality. The role operates 2pm–10:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Responsibilities include weighing tankers, recording temperatures, and reporting any food safety issues to management. A high school diploma is required; production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Production or general work experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP on each tanker and silo and document each process
• Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing
• Weigh tanker and record weight and temperature readings
• Report on any food safety and quality issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow GMP and sanitation requirements
