Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pump incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks and document volume.
• Collect samples from tanker for product testing.
• Weigh tanker and record temperature and weight readings.
• Report any food safety or quality issues to management.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Follow DFA GMP and corporate regulatory guidelines.
