Job summary

UDA - United Dairymen of Arizona in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Milk Receiver to unload milk tankers and maintain a food-safe environment. You will perform CIP, cleaning, and routine maintenance while ensuring quality testing and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP and food safety standards.
• Able to read and follow SOPs precisely.
• Capable of CIP and sanitation procedures.
• Good math and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload milk tankers efficiently into silos.
• Perform CIP on tankers and receiving lines, and sanitize as required.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure quality testing and procedures precede unloading.
• Coordinate tanker traffic with Yard Foreman and Drivers.
• Maintain accurate and legible records and reports.
• Follow SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and GMP policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
