Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking a Receiver to manage raw milk intake, transferring product from tankers into plant silos and to perform state- and industry-standard tests. You will maintain logs, ensure documentation accuracy, and follow HACCP and SQF programs under supervision.

The role requires handling tankers, operating in a cold environment, and driving a yard dog vehicle as needed. Prior receiving experience is a plus, with a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Raw receiving experience a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a dual axle yard dog to rotate tankers.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and transfer it from tankers to plant holding silos.
• Test attributes of the milk to ensure it meets organic and industry standards.
• Maintain state and federal documentation and logs.
• Follow HACCP & SQF programs and report deviations to supervisor.
• Rotate and handle tankers and perform cream component testing as directed.
