Chobani is seeking a Milk Receiving Operator in Idaho to ensure safe unloading of milk trucks, QA collaboration, and adherence to GMPs. The role emphasizes safety, efficient operations, and cross-training for scale house duties.

Responsibilities include sampling, equipment cleaning, and maintaining sanitation timelines, with an emphasis on food safety and product quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Dairy experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Understand and follow GMPs.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and policies are followed.
• Take samples and visually inspect milk trucks before unloading.
• Unloads/loads trucks safely and efficiently.
• Complete cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
• Keep truck bays clean and clear for efficient movement.
• Track cleaning timers for silos for timely washing.
• Hook up silos for CIP safely and promptly.
• Coordinate with QA for sample results.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety procedures.
• Cross-train to operate the scale house as needed.
