Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy is seeking a Receiver to handle the intake of raw milk, transfer to plant silos, and perform quality testing to ensure organic standards. You will maintain state and federal records and work closely with production staff to sustain HACCP and SQF compliance.

Requirements include a High School diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a yard dog for tanker rotation. This is a full-time, on-site role in Columbia, MO with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Raw receiving experience a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a dual axle yard dog to rotate tankers.
• Detail oriented team member with a strong, honest work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and transfer from tanker to plant holding silos.
• Test milk attributes to meet organic and industry standards and maintain documentation.
• Rotate and manage tankers; complete logs and records, including QA tests.
• Follow proper procedures for loading and cleaning tankers; adhere to safety procedures.
