Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of dairy or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality testing procedures.
• Ability to operate pumps, valves, and CIP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify tanker seals, temperature, and milk quality upon arrival.
• Collect and test milk samples for regulatory and company standards.
• Operate pumps, valves, and equipment to transfer milk from tanker to storage silos.
• Ensure sanitation of hoses and connections before and after unloading.
• Complete receiving logs, quality test records, and inventory updates accurately.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal dairy regulations (FDA, USDA).
• Clean and sanitize receiving area and equipment per SOPs.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Coordinate with drivers, QA, and production teams regarding delivery schedules.
