Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Manufacturing, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant dairy or food manufacturing experience.
• Experience in dairy and/or food laboratory testing procedures preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily quality lab testing and reporting.
• Provide lab technician training and supervisory coverage.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures.
• Support HACCP/SQF compliance and audits.
• Maintain instruments and troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate weekly lab supply inventories and ordering when required.
