Job summary

Producers Dairy in Fresno, CA seeks an experienced transport/coordinating professional to manage the plant's receiving operations. You will maintain logs and paperwork, conduct antibiotic tests on tanker shipments, and ensure compliance with GMP standards in the receiving area.

You will also oversee sanitation, filter changes, safety protocols, and accurate record-keeping, contributing to a safe, efficient operation. This full-time role requires teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a Weighers and Samplers license and valid Class C driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years transport/coordinating experience in manufacturing/food processing.
• Team player with coaching and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead, gain trust and influence all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant receiving log and paperwork.
• Ensures all milk tankers meet standards by performing an antibiotic test on each tanker.
• Checks paperwork and wash tags of incoming tankers.
• Keeps receiving area clean at all times.
• Flushes raw receiving line daily and as needed (inline pig).
• Follows GMPs in the receiving area.
• Changes tanker filters daily and covers electrical panels during cleaning.
• Wears appropriate safety equipment when working with chemicals.
• Keeps hand wash station clean and stocked with soap and towels.
• Reports equipment or other problems to a supervisor and uses maintenance work orders.
• Cleans tankers raw line and raw milk silos; washes tanks before 72 hour rules.
• Records cleaning and sanitizer concentrations in Master Sanitation Log.
• Verifies OJ concentrate meets specs by checking brix.
• Changes air blow filters in Receiving Room.
• Ensures recording charts are installed and correctly filled.
