You will oversee milk handling procedures and operate CIP systems, ensuring compliance with state and company standards.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with dairy/manufacturing background preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Wonderware is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dairy/food manufacturing background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and quality during 3rd shift.
• Safely operate receiving bay doors and ramps.
• Understand and perform milk handling and sampling procedures.
• Perform CIP and wash system operations on trucks/tankers.
• Complete Receiving Paperwork and maintain accurate records.
