Select Milk Producers in Michigan seeks a Milk Marketing & Member Programs Specialist to support milk marketing, member relationships, and program administration. You will assist the Senior Director with data, reports, and proactive member support covering pricing, production metrics, and industry trends.

The role focuses on data verification, reporting, and compliance across member programs, with collaboration across teams to strengthen member service and maximize co-op returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Experience or strong knowledge of the dairy industry, co-op member service, or agribusiness operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical abilities with data reporting and record management.
• Attention to detail with accurate records and logs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and commitment to maximizing co-op returns.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison for cooperative members and customers regarding milk marketing, pricing, and programs.
• Assist with relationship management by preparing materials and documenting follow-ups.
• Maintain and reconcile member, customer, production, quality, and program data.
• Analyze milk marketing data including base ownership, hauling, and on-farm storage.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and communications; support management with analyses.
• Collaborate with Membership and Sales to analyze operational data for members and leadership.
