Job summary

Select Milk Producers in Dallas is seeking a Milk Marketing & Member Programs Specialist to support milk marketing, member relations, and program administration. You will help prepare materials, manage data, and assist with pricing and hauling programs.

The role aims to strengthen member service, maintain accurate records, and enable informed marketing decisions. A related degree and dairy/agribusiness exposure, plus strong analytical and communication skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Experience in the dairy industry, cooperative member service, or agribusiness operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with members, customers, and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis and reporting experience desirable.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and communication history for member programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and commitment to maximizing co-op returns while serving members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for members and customers on milk marketing, pricing, and programs.
• Assist with meeting materials, follow-up items, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Verify and reconcile member, customer, production, and program data for reporting.
• Analyze milk supply, base ownership, hauling, and on-farm storage data for decision making.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and communication materials for members and senior management.
• Collaborate with Membership and Sales to produce insights for coop members.
