Job summary

Select Milk Producers seeks a Milk Marketing & Member Programs Specialist to support milk marketing, member relationships, and program activities. You will assist data verification, reporting, and communications while collaborating with internal teams to strengthen member service and drive co‑op value.

Responsibilities include maintaining program data, preparing summaries, and helping manage hauling, storage, and base ownership information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the education section.
• Experience with dairy industry, cooperative member service, or agribusiness operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical abilities with data reporting and record management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for members and customers regarding milk marketing, pricing, and program participation.
• Assist with preparing materials, documenting follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses to questions.
• Maintain and reconcile data supporting accurate reporting for decision-making.
• Support monthly tracking and reporting for member programs and related audits.
