Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze data from computer systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential milk bank donors via in-person and phone intake.
• Interface with healthcare providers to approve donors.
• Prepare reports for the HMBANA guidelines.
• Assist with shipping, receiving of coolers, and pasteurizing donor milk.
• Serve as a resource for Milk Bank staff.
• Promote and evaluate the donor intake program.
