Job summary

CareSource is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as the primary sales strategy and operations partner for the Military & Veterans business. You will enable enrollment growth through planning, reporting, market insights, field enablement, and cross-functional execution.

The role collaborates with Military & Veterans leadership while leveraging Enterprise Sales infrastructure, dashboards, and best practices to optimize performance and drive strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years in managed care sales, sales ops, healthcare analytics, or sales strategy
• Experience developing dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• TRICARE/VA/Medicare/Medicaid or government-sponsored healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze enrollment performance, sales results and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Develop market-specific sales strategies to drive enrollment growth
• Own sales analytics, dashboards, KPI tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Partner with analytics and business teams to improve data quality and insights
• Lead coordination of sales initiatives and enrollment campaigns
• Collaborate with MARs and cross-functional partners to optimize field execution
• Support annual sales planning and performance reviews
• Improve sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting tools
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and monitor progress against objectives
• Identify and share best practices to enhance sales effectiveness
