Qualifications

• Experience with DoD education benefits and strong familiarity with military culture.
• Bachelor’s degree required; two years in higher education or related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, recruitment, and onboarding for military, veteran, and military-affiliated students.
• Provide advising, connect students to financial aid, scholarships and literacy resources.
• Develop outreach materials and coordinate tours, events, and exploration activities.
• Use Navigate, TargetX, Workday to track progress and manage caseloads.
• Collaborate with campus partners to strengthen onboarding and transitions.
